Welcome to the Institute for Pastoral Leaders - a leadership development program funded by a grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation and offered by Siena College and the Albany Diocese.

Our goal is to work with Pastoral Leaders - Priests, Deacons, Pastoral Associates and Principals - to enhance leadership skills within the Albany Diocese. Our specific focus is building empathy and emotional intelligence, especially from a trauma-informed perspective.
